Redevelopment of Wharves 1, 2, and Longshoreman Building

YEI provided engineering design and construction support services for this project. YEI prepared bridging documents to design and construct 426 LF Wharves 1 & 2 domestic water distribution system,  electrical shore to ship connections and outdoor lighting.  Also included was LEED certified Longshoreman Building which included electrical, lighting, telecommunication, plumbing, fire protection, and HVAC.  Contract bridging documents included specifications, design drawings, calculations, probable construction cost estimate and the basis of design report were prepared.
